Second Century Ventures primarily invests in real estate technology companies with the following characteristics:

• $2 - $30 million in revenue - we will also consider exceptional opportunities outside this range
• A fit with NAR’s, and its Members strategic goals
• Market leaders poised for growth
• Teams that can build world-class companies

Second Century Ventures will consider both majority and minority positions in its investments and will act as sole investor, lead investor or as part of a syndicate.
