Steve Griffiths is a Senior Associate at Second Century Ventures. Steve helps identify, evaluate, and execute investments for Second Century Ventures and supports the fund’s existing portfolio companies.

Prior to Second Century Ventures, Steve was an associate at Lazard Middle Market, an investment bank providing advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and financings. Steve’s area of focus was working with entrepreneurs and small businesses to raise capital and guiding management through the M&A process. Prior to Lazard Middle Market, Steve was a consultant at LEK Consulting, a global management consulting firm. At LEK Steve developed growth strategies for corporate clients and led strategic due diligence assignments for mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Steve earned a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Northwestern University, and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
